Event Rules

Old Bay Marina Event Rules

  • NO rock throwing, stone skipping, or throwing of any object into the water or at any person or structure

  • NO swimming, wading, or entering the water from any point on the Premises

  • NO access to docks, boat slips, vessels, or restricted Marina areas

  • NO disturbing, harassing, or feeding wildlife or aquatic life

  • NO fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns, smoke bombs, or pyrotechnics — zero exceptions

  • NO open fires or burning of any kind without written approval

  • NO balloon releases of any kind

  • NO littering — all waste must be properly bagged and removed by the Hard-Out deadline

  • NO discharge of any substance into the water, ground, or storm drains

  • NO glitter, foil confetti, or non-paper confetti

  • NO alcohol service without prior written approval and required insurance

  • NO alcohol service to persons under 21 — ZERO TOLERANCE

  • NO drug use or smoking anywhere on the Premises or within 75 feet of any Marina structure

  • NO alteration, attachment, or damage to the tent, Marina structures, trees, or fencing

  • EVACUATE the pavilion  immediately upon staff direction, severe weather, or lightning within 10 miles

  • SUPERVISE all children at all times — children must be kept away from the water's edge

  • COMPLY immediately and completely with all Marina staff instructions

  • CLEAN UP fully and completely before departure — final walkthrough required

  • RESPECT the Chesapeake Bay, the Marina, neighboring tenants, and all persons present
